Hi Robin,

Thank you for your informative phone conversation on Monday and the follow up report.

Based on this we decided to withdraw our offer this morning. Your report reinforced some of our concerns about the property, plus highlighted many other items, which given it has recently been renovated we felt were un-acceptable and given the purchase price, we feel safer to pull out now.

I did agree to share the main concerns we had from the report, but I will not be sharing the whole report with them.

I will definitely recommend you to anyone and if we find another property ask you to inspect that.
