Building Survey Block of Flats

RBC were commissioned by the Landlord of a West Sussex Block of Flats to undertake a Building Survey of the structure and drainage following a request by the Building Insurer after the Landlord sought more competitive insurance quotations.

The Insurer’s requirements for an updated survey follows underpinning works undertaken some 15 years previously.

Subsequently the Landlord wrote:-

“Thank you for your thorough report”

and later confirmed that the Insurance Company had accepted the report without further questions
