For a description of alternative types of surveys please click here which will take you to another page on our website.
However, if you only require a partial survey to report on isolated damp, structural cracking or similar we will be happy to tailor a survey to your own personal requirements.

The Folly
RBC Surveyors are the appointed Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors.
The property is a derelict Folly dating to circa 1892 situated within the grounds of a private property in South Street, Tarring, Worthing.
The Folly construction is coursed cobblestone with brick quoins and dressings.
The roof and floor construction is decayed and has largely collapsed.
Adjacent tree roots are causing settlement cracking.
