Examples of Survey Defects

The photographs are examples of defects identified in recent surveys and show:-

The Folly

The property is a derelict Folly dating to circa 1892 situated within the grounds of a private property in South Street, Tarring, Worthing.

The Folly construction is coursed cobblestone with brick quoins and dressings.

The roof and floor construction is decayed and has largely collapsed.

Adjacent tree roots are causing settlement cracking.
