QS Services for Electronics Sub-contractor working on the above project in Angel Square, Manchester.

Our role included meetings with the Main Contractor on site in Manchester.

The building is very Hi-Tech and has the environmental benefits of a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating, which was recognised as a vital contribution when the Co-Op Group won the BCSC Gold Award for Sustainability at the retail property industry’s premier annual awards.
