RICS Level II Survey Report - Rustington

Very many thanks for your report - and for the photo link, which is excellent.  I will be going through it all over the weekend but very much appreciate the quality of the report and its early arrival - much appreciated.

Many thanks again for the excellent presentation of the various sections.  Interleaving with photos really helps and the way the report is laid out makes it easy to follow.  I have read through it all and will be forwarding the pdf version to my solicitor today.  In general, I am encouraged by the quality of the build but note various aspects you have highlighted and will be pursuing these via my solicitor.  Should she raise any questions, I will get back to you.
