Preparation of Contractor’s Tenders for a South London Contractor firstly on a project in Lambeth, SW9 to convert a shop and basement into a two bedroom maisonette.

This has then been followed by a further commission three months later to prepare a tender for a project in Clapham, SW11 for General conversion works.

Both projects demonstrated construction sequence challenges with restricted off loading periods and virtually no space for storage of unfixed materials requiring all deliveries to be on “just in time basis” with associated costs.
